Job descriptionArchitect and design robust backend systems and APIs using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI). Define microservices and cloud-native architecture for high-availability and scalability. Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Set coding standards, review code and architecture, and mentor developers. Optimize application performance, reliability, and security. Champion adoption of CI / CD, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and observability practices. 10+ years of experience in Python backend development, with at least 35 years as an Architect. Proven experience designing enterprise-scale backend architectures and microservices. Hands-on with SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Strong understanding of RESTful API / GraphQL design, cloud platforms (Azure / AWS), and container orchestration. Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines, Git workflows, and testing frameworks (pytest, unittest). Exposure to frontend technologies (React / JavaScript) for seamless full-stack integration is a plus.
