We are seeking a results-driven Entrepreneurial Growth Specialist to join our team. In this part-time role, you will engage with clients for 6-8 hours a day, 6 days a week, utilizing your sales expertise and coaching skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Provide tailored coaching sessions to business owners to help them build robust systems across key business functions, including marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
- Business Development
- Assess clients' business challenges and identify opportunities for growth through the sale of marketing and HR services.
- Client Engagement
- Act as a program guide during masterclass events, ensuring seamless execution and participant engagement.
- Close high-ticket sales for advanced coaching programs through consultative selling techniques.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure renewal and referrals.
- Pre-Sales Support
- Engage with clients prior to masterclass events to understand their businesses and primary challenges.
- Drive attendance and engagement in pre-masterclass sessions to ensure high participation rates.
