To manage front office operations efficiently and provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming calls and visitors, route inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain and update databases, including incoming call logs, contact lists, and client information.
- Manage inward and outward courier records and ensure timely dispatch.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events as required.
- Ensuring timely facility management like : Water, Milk, Coffee Beans, Cartridge refilling, courier management, Business cards processing, Employee ID card processing. Record keeping, bills processing for the same.
- Handle stationery procurement for HO, R&D, Hyderabad factory, and Balanagar godown, including bill processing.
- Coordinate with the purchase and marketing teams for printed stationery (letterheads, envelopes, files, etc.).
- Manage dispatch and record-keeping of new employee joining kits.
- Coordinate printer servicing for departments or individuals as required.
Requirements :
2 - 4 years of experience in front office or administrative roles.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and record management.
