Job Title : Zonal Manager Direct Sales

Job Summary :
The Sales Zonal Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing a team of sales representatives, ensuring efficient operations, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills to drive team performance, enhance sales results, and foster positive customer relationships. The ZM will also manage daily operations, ensure adherence to SLAs, and collaborate with other departments to meet company goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, motivate, and manage a field sales team of 150+ executives and Area managers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Monitor performance metrics, conversion ratios, and field productivity to ensure optimum output.
- Conduct regular field visits, review meetings, and on-ground training sessions.
- Coordinate with the telesales team for scheduled meetings and client follow-ups.
- Identify market opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance sales penetration.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, policies, and process standards.
- Analyze data, prepare MIS reports, and share insights with senior management.
- Build a high-performance culture with a focus on team development and motivation.
Key Requirements :
Total Experience : 16+ years in sales; 10+ years in team handling, with at least 4 years as Manager.Proven experience in direct / field sales (preferably BFSI, insurance, NBFC, BPO, EdTech, Real Estate).Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to handle large teams and ensure on-ground discipline and productivity.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.Educational Qualification :
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.ISMS Responsibilities :
Follow the instructions of Function Heads, operate systems on behalf of Function Heads, and serve users authorized by Function Heads;Provide technical consulting assistance to Function Heads so that information systems can be built and run to best meet business objective;Ensure the safeguarding of information in their possession;Accepts responsibilities for the operation and protection of information assets; and Perform the work as delegated by the by the Function HeadWhat We Offer :
