Job descriptionTrack and monitor leads to ensure consistent follow-ups and timely closures. Identify potential clients through research and proactive outreach. Lead Qualification : Conduct initial qualification of leads to assess their needs and potential. Understand client requirements and align them with suitable insurance Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified Client Engagement : Develop and implement client engagement programs to maintain interest Regularly communicate with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings Address initial client queries and provide information about insurance Sales Support : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in CRM Market and Product Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s insurance products and Strong verbal and written communication skills. Relationship-building mindset with a customer-centric approach. Basic understanding of insurance products (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
