Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly skilled Assistant Manager – Finance with over 7 years of experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in GST, TDS, invoicing, SAP, Excel, and finalization of accounts . This role demands a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate entries in SAP.
- Handle GST filing , reconciliation, and compliance with applicable tax laws.
- Manage TDS calculations , deductions, payments, and returns (Form 26Q, 27Q, etc.).
- Oversee invoice generation (sales / purchase) and ensure proper documentation and tax treatment.
- Perform bank reconciliations and vendor / customer account reconciliations.
- Lead the finalization of accounts , including preparation of Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
- Prepare and manage MIS reports, cash flow statements, and other financial summaries.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.Solid understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Preferred Skills :
Experience in managing multi-location accounting.Exposure to ERP integrations and automation tools.Knowledge of income tax, ROC filings, and payroll accounting.
