Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bodyshop Executive located in Surat. The Bodyshop Executive will be responsible for overseeing bodyshop operations, ensuring smooth workflow, managing customer relationships, and maintaining quality control. Daily tasks include coordinating with technicians, handling customer inquiries, processing insurance claims, and monitoring inventory levels. The role requires maintaining compliance with OEM standards and facilitating performance improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in bodyshop operations, quality control, and inventory management
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
• Knowledge of processing insurance claims and coordination with technicians
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of OEM standards and compliance requirements
• Relevant degree or certification in automotive technology or related field is a plus
• Proficiency in using bodyshop management software and tools
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the automotive industry
