IT Intern

QpiVolta Technologies Pvt Ltd . is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to support our IT department in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our hardware, software, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, and peripherals.

Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.

Help with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks.

Support IT team in managing user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols.

Troubleshoot network issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.

Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and inventory information.

Assist in setting up workstations, conference rooms, and IT equipment for new employees.

Participate in IT improvement projects, research tasks, and process automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or

related field.

Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking concepts.

Familiarity with Windows / macOS environments.

Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Optional) Skills

Basic understanding of Active Directory, Office 365, or cloud systems.

Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).

Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals.

Basic scripting / programming exposure (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
