Role Overview

Were seeking a Head of Sales B2C Business, a visionary leader who can blend strategy with execution to accelerate our retail and small-contractor segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, a passion for data-driven sales, and the ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L for the B2C vertical drive revenue, market share, and profitability across all regions.
  • Lead and inspire a multi-location sales organization, including regional managers, inside sales, and customer success teams.
  • Design and implement scalable sales strategies targeting retail buyers, small builders, and individual consumers.
  • Accelerate digital sales growth through SteelonCalls e-commerce platform while ensuring a seamless online-to-offline (O2O) customer experience.
  • Enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty using insights from CRM data, campaigns, and feedback loops.
  • Develop regional growth playbooks covering pricing, partnerships, and dealer / distributor engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Tech teams to optimize fulfillment, campaign performance, and customer experience.
  • Represent the B2C business in leadership reviews, board meetings, and strategic planning sessions with clear KPIs and performance outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in B2C or retail sales ideally in building materials, construction, e-commerce, or consumer durables.
  • 6+ years of leadership experience managing large, multi-city sales teams.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, digital transformation, and customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and decision-making skills with a data-first approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, analytics tools, and sales dashboards.
