The Role

We Are Hiring : IFS FSM Functional Consultant!

Location : Pan India

Experience : 3+ years

Notice Period : Immediate - 45 days

Work Mode : Hybrid

Key Responsibilities :

  • Solution Design & Implementation :
  • Understand and analyze business processes to design and implement IFS FSM solutions.
  • Configure the IFS FSM platform to align with business requirements.
  • Develop functional specifications and assist in translating them into technical solutions.
  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis :
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to address business challenges.
  • Project Support :
  • Act as the functional lead for IFS FSM implementation and upgrades.
  • Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Training & Documentation :
  • Develop user manuals, training materials, and process documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
  • System Optimization :
  • Identify opportunities to optimize IFS FSM performance and usability.
  • Stay updated on new features, updates, and enhancements of the IFS FSM platform.
  • Support & Maintenance :
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to IFS FSM.
  • Provide ongoing support for system enhancements and change requests.

Ideal Profile

Required Competencies :

  • Knowledge of IFS Cloud project implementation methodology (Aurena).
  • Hands-on experience with IFS FSM Cloud, V10, and Aurena technology.
  • Familiar with tools like Scope Tool and Click Learn.
  • Domain knowledge in industries like Telco, EPCI, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, or Services.
  • Experience handling functional architecture for IFS FSM programs.

    • Mandatory Skills :

  • Experience in IFS FSM or PSO Implementation Projects.
  • Experience with IFS Cloud Implementation.
  • Required Experience :
  • Minimum of 3 years in IFS FSM Implementation.
  • At least two end-to-end implementations as a Functional Consultant in FSM / PSO or CLICK Software.
  • Strong understanding of associated IFS modules and integration steps.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams within FSM solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage customer expectations and requirements effectively.
