Key Responsibilities Strategy

Awareness and understanding of the Group's business strategy and model appropriate to the role.

Business

• Knowledge of Custody operations, Securities Settlements, Corporate Actions, Financial Market Operations. Knowledge of Agent banking, Sub Custody operations and clearing will be an added advantage.
• SME in Corporate Actions, Delivering of Asset servicing solutions participating from requirement gathering, support new client CA requirements, support CA business functions.
• Experience in projects and operations handling in corporate actions
• Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, ADO and any other defect tracking tools is advantage.
• Good knowledge on International and Domestic Corporate actions with experience in Mandatory and Voluntary processing of events, Swift messages MT56X Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and able to handle variety of fast changing situations in terms of work clients' requirements (Exp 8-12 yrs)
