Job Description : Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to lead the creation and delivery of high-impact data visualization and reporting solutions. This role is crucial for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that will directly support strategic decision-making across the entire organization.

Experience & Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience : 5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence development and data visualization.
• Core Expertise : Strong proficiency in major BI tools, particularly Tableau and Power BI, and mastery of SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.
• Data Modeling : Proven experience in designing and implementing robust, scalable data models.
• Technical Familiarity (Preferred) : Familiarity with programming languages like Python, workflow schedulers like Apache Airflow, and experience working with data infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Soft Skills : Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
