Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 300 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and quality control, to streamline operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
