Role and Responsibilities :

• Candidate will be responsible to work with Project Leaders and Delivery Teams, to ensure appropriate control related to Project Management & Project Quality
• Candidate should ensure good Project Management by availability of : WBS in MS Project during the Proposal Stage Resource Allocation in MS Project Resource Utilization Weekly Project Progress Monitoring (planned vs. actual) for all Projects Scheduling & Tracking in MS Project Timely tracking related to Project Delivery, while raising timely alarms Monitoring Corrective Actions as defined by the Project Leaders
• Candidate should ensure good Project Quality (i.e. Completion of Project within Estimated Hours, Adhering to Schedules, and Delivering Engineering Quality) by thorough : Project Initiations & Planning Appropriate Resource Allocations Identifying Project Risks & Monitoring Mitigation Plans Monitoring the defined Project Execution Processes and checking for Process Adherence Conducting Project Quality Audits Preparing Project Health Dashboards (with Project Health Status, Project Progress, Current & Projected Effort Variance, Brief Project Status, etc.) Tracking of Project Issues (Critical Errors, Complaints, Customer Dissatisfactions, Escalations, etc.) Identifying Root Causes (for Issues, Effort Variance, & Schedule Delays) Corrective Actions - Planning & Tracking Conducting Knowledge Sharing Sessions on Lessons Learnt & ensuring that issues don’t reoccur Preparing & Analyzing Project Performance Matrix during Project Closure Conducting Monthly Review Meetings with Heads and Project Teams, etc.
• Candidate will be required to Design & Conduct Customized Training / Implementation Programs related to MS Project, with a aim to enhance the Project Management Culture at Neilsoft
• Candidate should have good Planning, Auditing, Reporting, Communication (Verbal & Written), Presentation, Training, Negotiation, and Convincing Skills
• Candidate must be open & willing to do all it takes to ensure good Project Management & Project Quality at Neilsoft
