We are seeking a skilled and driven Circuit Design Engineer to join our expanding team and contribute to the success of our eVTOL program.

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Configuration Manager to join our team. As our first Senior Configuration Manager, you will establish and lead the Configuration & Change Management (CM) function across all our eVTOL programs. With Teamcenter already in place, your focus will be on governing CM processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building a scalable foundation to support design, development, certification, and production.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage configuration control and change processes for all programs using Teamcenter.
  • Define and enforce CM standards across BOMs, CAD, documents, and certification data.
  • Drive the establishment of Change Control Board (CCB) and oversee all engineering change activities.
  • Maintain configuration baselines and ensure full traceability throughout the lifecycle.
  • Align CM practices with DGCA, EASA, or FAA standards (e.g., Part 21, Part 23 / 25).
  • Support all major reviews (PDR, CDR, Ground / Flight Test Readiness, TC milestones).
  • Coordinate supplier data integration and change control processes.
  • Train internal teams on CM workflows, version control, and data governance.
  • Continuously improve CM processes to support multiple products and scale efficiently.

Qualifications :

  • M.E. / M.Tech or B.E. / B.Tech in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Configuration Management in aerospace or a regulated industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter or any PLM.
  • Deep understanding of CM principles, engineering change control, and lifecycle traceability.
  • Experience with supplier management and multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — ability to work in a startup environment and build from scratch.
  • Nice to Have : Exposure to aircraft certification programs (DGCA, EASA, or FAA).
