Position Overview

We are looking for a Company Secretary (CS) Intern / Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to corporate secretarial, compliance, and regulatory functions under professional supervision.

The selected candidate will assist in day-to-day secretarial tasks, compliance filings, and corporate governance processes, providing valuable experience for future CS professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating statutory registers, records, and minute books.
• Support in preparing and filing ROC forms and documents with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
• Help in drafting board resolutions, notices, agendas, and minutes of meetings.
• Assist the Company Secretary in organizing Board, Committee, and General Meetings.
• Stay updated on changes in Company Law, SEBI regulations, and other relevant statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments for compliance-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for annual filings, share transfers, and other company law activities.
• Perform any other assignments or research tasks assigned by the Company Secretary.
