Programmatic Specialist – Job Description

We are seeking a Programmatic Specialist with strong hands-on experience in executing, optimizing, and managing programmatic advertising campaigns across major DSP platforms. The ideal candidate will work with global stakeholders, analyze performance, and drive data-led outcomes across channels.
Responsibilities :
- Execute end-to-end programmatic campaigns (setup → targeting → bidding → optimization → reporting)
- Manage and optimize campaigns on major DSPs (DV360 / TTD / Amazon DSP)
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Define & track KPIs aligned with campaign goals
- Conduct A / B testing, audience segmentation & performance measurement
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and apply platform best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Prepare advanced Excel and PowerPoint reports for clients / leadership
Requirements :
Full-time Graduate (Mandatory)4–8 years of experience in Programmatic AdvertisingHands-on experience with at least one DSP : DV360 / TTD / Amazon DSPStrong understanding of Display, Video, Programmatic & Audience StrategyProficiency in Advanced Excel & PowerPointStrong analytical, communication & problem-solving skillsPreferred :
