Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Dwarka for the role of Center Head. The Center Head will oversee daily operations to ensure seamless functioning and quality service at the training center. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating training programs, ensuring student satisfaction, achieving revenue goals, and maintaining operational compliance with company standards. The role also involves engaging with students, faculty, and stakeholders to address feedback and continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Operational management skills, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance tracking
• Knowledge of training methodologies, curriculum coordination, and education sector standards
• Proficiency in communication and ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field; additional certifications in the beauty or wellness industry are a plus
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
