We’re building a network of AI-powered clinics and wellness partners that combine physiotherapy, nutrition, yoga, and alternative medicine into one seamless platform.

We are now expanding across India — and we’re looking for a Growth Leader who can turn this mission into measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the driving force behind Zeromedixine’s revenue, partnerships, and growth engine.

Your mission : grow our patient base, integrate new clinics, and build partnerships with corporate wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive end-to-end patient lead management — from marketing-generated leads to paid consultations and long-term packages.
  • Develop and execute clinic onboarding strategies across multiple cities.
  • Pitch and manage corporate wellness partnerships with HR, hospitals, and fitness networks.
  • Lead social media strategy and growth campaigns to build brand trust and patient engagement.
  • Build and manage a small team for sales, marketing, and digital performance.
  • Use CRM track performance and optimize conversion.
  • Report directly to the COO / CHO and collaborate with medical operations, tech, and creative teams.

Who You Are

We’re not looking for a “typical salesperson.”

We want a growth-minded operator who can blend healthcare empathy with startup hustle.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Marketing, Healthcare Management, or Business Development
  • 2-5 years of experience in healthtech, wellness, diagnostics, or hospital business development
  • Experience in corporate wellness, B2B partnerships, or digital patient acquisition
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and comfort with data analytics
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Confident communicator, persuasive negotiator, and hands-on operator.
  • Languages Required :

    ️ English, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam ( ANY 2 mandatory).

  • Multilingual fluency is essential to coordinate with clinics, patients, and corporate clients across South India.
  • Compensation

  • CTC : ₹ 3.5- 4 LPA (based on experience)
  • Incentives : Performance-based on lead conversions, clinic integrations & partnerships closed.
  • Equity (optional) : Offered for exceptional candidates with proven growth leadership.
