SAP Retail / MM Testing Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Retail MM Testing Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Material Management (MM), SAP Retail, and comprehensive testing practices.

The ideal candidate should have end-to-end SAP testing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Candidates with exposure to SAP S / 4HANA implementations and leadership in testing practices will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute SAP testing activities with a focus on SAP MM and SAP Retail modules.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, ABAP Developers, and Functional Analysts to understand business requirements and ensure appropriate testing coverage.
• Design and implement test strategies, plans, and cases based on business process flows and technical requirements.
• Define and document end-to-end business process flows and ensure adequate testing coverage.
• Conduct functional and regression testing to validate SAP business processes.
• Ensure adherence to the testing lifecycle, defect lifecycle, and overall SDLC.
• Utilize and manage test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, TestRail) to create, track, and report testing activities.
• Generate and maintain test documentation, reports, dashboards, and KPIs for internal and stakeholder review.
• Define testing metrics and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Conduct test reviews and ensure compliance with industry-standard best practices, methodologies, and testing standards.
• Collaborate with the automation team by sharing functional insights, aiding in script development, and supporting remediation efforts.
• Train, guide, and mentor junior testing team members on testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA and testing processes.
• Ensure timely defect logging, tracking, triaging, and resolution through well-defined defect management processes.
• Track and manage efforts across all testing tasks and ensure high-quality deliverables.
