Working Days : Monday- Saturday (Saturdays - WFH)

Work Timings : 10am -7pm

Responsibilities

Directing efforts in achieving revenue targets as indicated and providing optimum service to company clients by fulfilling their hiring needs in the given time frame
Coordinating between the candidates and the clients for the ease of the hiring manager
Maintaining candidate database
Developing contacts and building relationships with clients and prospects using internal and external networks
Soliciting new business by preparing and conducting presentations to prospective clients

Requirements

1+ year of experience

Must be self-motivated

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Should be able passionate to learn and grow

Able to handle pressure, and good at multi-tasking
