Travel Sales (walk-in) for Process Associate position

Job Summary : We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Travel Sales Process Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting clients with their travel plans, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall sales goals of the organization. This position requires strong communication skills, GDS knowledge, and a keen interest in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages, while maximising sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalised travel solutions and responding to inquiries promptly
  • Utilise Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travel port to search for, quote, and book travel itineraries efficiently
  • Address and resolve any issues or changes related to bookings, such as cancellations, modifications, and refund requests
  • Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions, providing regular updates to management on performance metrics

Date : Every week Monday to Friday (Walk-in)

Time : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM IST

Venue : Ground Floor InfoTech Centre Old Delhi Gurgaon Road Sector 21 Milestone 14 / 2, Old Delhi Gurgaon Rd, IDPL Twp., Sector 22A, Sector 19, Gurugram, Haryana 122016

Eligibility :

Experience required- 0.6-4 years

Qualification- Graduate freshers or experienced both can apply.
