Job description

Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).

08 to 10 yrs. (GCC Experience Minimum 05-06 yrs.)- Preferably in the field of Quantity Surveyor of Hospital Building Projects & Commercial & Residential Buildings Projects.

Candidate should have good knowledge in calculation of quality with drawings, adjective level of accuracy.

Preparation of contracts, bill of quantities, budgets, forecasting, monthly progress valuation of works at site.

Recording and monitoring of all site works and costs being expended on the project.

Preparing of interim payment application, recording variations, claims, site stock assessment, monthly

commercial report and reconciliation reports in conjunction with PM and site team

Evaluate IPAs, bills, invoices submitted by subcontractors, vendors for payment certifications.

Final Accounts in conjunction with relevant parties

Review the initial tender / contract comparison efforts by the tender cell and ensure that claims are raised where necessary

Maintaining a schedule of all submissions, change orders, claims, responses for approvals, inspections, Variations etc.

Documenting contracts, WOs, POs, BGs, certified bills, NOCs for release of retentions
