If Blender is your playground and VFX feels like second nature, you’ll love what we’re building here. We design  drone light shows —massive, glowing, moving artworks in the sky—and we need a creative mind who can turn ideas into motion.

This role mixes  3D animation ,  video editing ,  visual storytelling , and a touch of technical magic. If you enjoy crafting visuals that make people stop and stare, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

– Create fun, clean, and expressive 3D animations in Blender

– Edit videos, showreels, BTS footage, and promo content

– Build  technical animations  that translate into real drone formations

– Assist in creating pre-visualizations, motion tests, and visuals for shows

– Collaborate with artists + engineers to bring sky-scale ideas to life

What You Need

– Solid  Blender fundamentals  (animation, modeling, rigging, layout basics)

– Good grasp of  VFX fundamentals  (timing, motion, composition)

– Comfort with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Resolve, etc.)

– Eye for color, rhythm, and clean transitions

– Bonus : Any experience in motion graphics or procedural tools
