in US Mortgage Operations (Processing / LOA / Pre-Underwriting)

Role Overview :

We are looking for experienced

US Mortgage Processors

to support Loan Officers in end-to-end file management—from borrower application to loan closing—ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review borrower docs : Income, Assets, Credit, Appraisal, Title & Insurance
• Order / track VOE, VOA, VOD, Appraisals & Title
• Prepare files for Underwriting and Final Closing
• Work in LOS platforms (Preferred :

Encompass )

Required Qualifications :

5+ years

in US Mortgage Processing / LOA / Pre-UW

FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA

guidelines

Encompass / Calyx / ICE / LendingQB

or similar LOS
