Roles & Responsibilities (Aligned with Snabbit’s Business)

• Be Snabbit’s face at community events and local activations to build brand trust and visibility in hyperlocal markets.
• Drive user acquisition by engaging potential customers, explaining Snabbit’s 10-minute service model, and onboarding new users.
• Create local hubs in societies, co-working spaces, and offices to boost awareness and repeat usage.
• Collect on-ground feedback to help improve service quality, speed, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to execute smarter, high-impact campaigns based on local insights.
