Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to lead the design, administration, and optimization of enterprise endpoint security and management platforms. This role is critical to ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient operations across all endpoint devices in the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in tools like CrowdStrike EDR, Microsoft SCCM, Intune , and Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPM) , along with a strategic mindset to drive automation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

CrowdStrike EDR Administration

Administer and maintain the CrowdStrike Falcon platform for endpoint detection and response.

Monitor and analyze alerts, detections, and incidents; collaborate with SOC teams for threat remediation.

Manage sensor deployments, upgrades, and policy configurations.

Develop dashboards and reports on endpoint health and security posture.

SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)

Manage SCCM infrastructure including site servers, distribution points, and clients.

Package, deploy, and monitor software applications and updates.

Oversee OS deployments and task sequences for Windows devices.

Perform patch management and compliance reporting.

Troubleshoot client and server-side SCCM issues.

Microsoft Intune Administration

Administer Intune for modern endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

Configure software update policies and Windows Update for Business.

Deploy and manage applications via Intune.

Implement device compliance and conditional access policies.

Monitor update compliance and generate executive reports.

Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPM)

Administer Ivanti EPM for software deployment, patching, inventory, and remote control.

Manage device discovery, provisioning, and patch management.

Troubleshoot Ivanti agent and console issues.

Develop automation scripts to streamline EPM operations.

Maintain EPM servers and ensure integration with other endpoint tools.

Required Skills & Experience

8–13 years of experience in endpoint security, configuration management , and enterprise IT operations.

Strong hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon, SCCM, Intune , and Ivanti EPM .

Deep understanding of patch management, software distribution, OS deployment , and compliance reporting .

Proficiency in automation scripting (PowerShell, Python preferred).

Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.

Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Ivanti) are a plus.
