Roles and Responsibilities :

Application Development :

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using React.js and Next.js.
  • Implement server-side logic, APIs, and database schemas with Node.js and MongoDB.

Collaboration & Teamwork :

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to best coding practices.

    • Performance & Optimization :

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.

    • Best Practices & Documentation :

  • Follow modern software development practices such as version control, testing, and CI / CD.
  • Maintain clear and concise technical documentation.
  • Ensure security and data protection across all layers of the application.

    • Continuous Improvement :

  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in JavaScript frameworks and web technologies.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance development efficiency and product performance.

    • Mandatory Skills :

  • Frontend : React.js, Next.js
  • Backend (Preferred) : Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web development practices
  • Experience with version control (Git) and agile methodologies
