Roles & Responsibilities :
- An Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by selling a company’s products or services through inbound or outbound calls, emails, and online communication, meeting prospective clients.
- The role primarily involves lead generation, customer relationship management, and closing sales.
- Acquiring leads from website, referrals as well as from networking organisation.
- Calling leads acquired on daily basis
- Contacting leads from networking group like bni, snow, etc.
- Follow up on new and existing leads to schedule meetings and move them through the sales funnel.
- Manage the on boarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Updates of leads according to their sources on crm systems.
- Understanding requirements of clients and sending him information like images for reference and quotation.
- Follow up calls and update on crm.
- Prioritise the clients according to products and order value
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and client data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion and on boarding. Gather feedback from clients to help improve service delivery.
