(Urgent) Purchasing Executive

Job Profile

Purchase Executive capable to handle Chemical purchase related activities in site.

Job Content

1) Handling Purchase of Raw Material / Packing material / Misc Items

2) Handling Import / general purchase

3) Sourcing for chemicals and submitting the RFP proposal

4)Coordination with Toll Manufacturer

5) Coordindation with Internal team and vendor for Non-moving / spent solvent disposal mangement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Hands on experience in Procurement in Handling Speciality chemicals (Agro / Pharma experience preferable).

2) Sourcing of Chemical Raw Materials, Intermediates, KSMs, Impurities and other chemicals

3) Hands on experience in Domestic / Import / Export Consignments.

4) Ensure adherence of procurement process & timelines well in line with the SOP / SLA

5) Regular Coordination with internal stake holders and continuously working towards meeting stakeholder expectations.

6) Coordination with Toll Manufacturer for material tracking, invoice booking, service order creation.

7) Coordination with Fuel supplier for Material tracking, Invoice booking and service order creation.

8) Coordination with transporter for service order creation and invoice booking

9) Timely submission MIS Report

Qualitification

B.SC / M.SC / B.Tech ( Chemical) / MBA in Material Managment

Minimum 4-8yrs of experience in purchasing / supplychain environment.

Exposure in Import and Export policies

Exposure in Pharma / Agro Chemicals / Speciality Chemicals Industries.
