ASU - Other - Resource Scheduling :

Our Service Offerings include External Audit Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) IFRS & US GAAP conversion IPO and other public offering Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Executive - Resource Management Required Experience - 5 to 10 years Required Soft skills- Confident & comfortable with handling managerial & executive level communications related To resource allocations and deployment Executing to complete projects roll out reports as per assigned timelines An eye for detail and quick learner - Ensure that as an approach all defined allocation protocols & Resourcing protocols setup are followed Strong communication skills (oral and written) Strong organization skills and ability to design and follow systematic processes Job Responsibilities- Nature of Work- Update Retain Resource management tool for Assurance Coordinate with Audit resources extensively- Involves calling up individual resources / Audit Managers to validate data and communicate assignments as required Preparing and publishing excel reports as per reporting calendar To understand and record using the appropriate tools the following for the internal people Assess team options and make decisions on staffing assignments & Communicate appropriately Proactively understand the pipeline of work with current and potential clients Work with the staffing leads and recruiting leads to identify and monitor capacity Current and future staffing levels as they evolve over the project duration and staffing constraints if any Additionally : Make scheduling tool assignments as needed in coordination with the scheduling lead Create and monitor weekly / monthly / YTD reports and highlight exceptions to appropriate people Conduct periodic training on staffing tools and process for new staff Monitor and facilitate staffing transitions for long-term staffed roles Collaborate with HR team to support staffing learning and HR initiatives as required
