AGM / DGM (Electrical ) Mines Cement

We are looking for AGM / DGM (Electrical) Mines for a Integrated Cement Plant

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience : 12 to 18 years in mining of large scale industry, preferably in cement.

License : Holding Electrical Supervisor License (Mining)

Job Knowledge :

Having concept of communications and liaison related to Mines Electrical, local DISCOM, DGMS and CEIG.

Technically well versed with electrical equipment’s preventive maintenance and troubleshooting with minimum downtime.

Planning , Prioritising and scheduling shutdown jobs.

Coordinating Group, IMS and Safety audits.

In depth knowledge in SAP system Maintenance Module.

Able to prepare scope sheets for routine and as & when services, Coordinate with purchaser for PO and billing.

Knowledge in Department Budgeting, RCFA and contractor management.

Well versed with knowledge in 132KV, 33KV Switchyard installations and Overhead lines preventive maintenance, testing and fault finding.

6.6KV High voltage switch board VCB HT Circuit Breakers maintenance with control panels and microprocessor-based protection relays ABB, Mi-com.

PCC(MV&LV) & MCC, Make ABB, L&T, Siemens 415V LT ACB and control panels troubleshooting and maintenance.

Expertise in LT feeder maintenance and troubleshooting.

Maintenance of LT & MV VFD multi drives preferably ACS 800,850, 580, 880 and ACS 5000.

Knowledge in overhauling of LT and HT motors.

Distribution / Converter duty transformers maintenance and trouble shooting at 6.6KV levels.

Effective communication skills with stake holders to handle exigencies.

Able to prepare and interpret electrical specifications, electrical diagram, and control circuits.

Able to manage work assigned in time bound manner.

Proficiency in computers for office applications.

Plant safety systems implementation LOTOTO, HIRA, PTW etc.
