Job Description – Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Support Engineer

Location : Bangalore

CTC Range : ₹5–7 LPA (Fixed – Based on hands-on skills, not previous company size)

Role Summary :

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Support Engineer to handle Level 2 / 3 escalations related to servers, firewalls, Microsoft 365, Azure, network configurations, VPNs, and customer-specific setups. You will act as the technical backbone for the service team and work closely with the Helpdesk, Field Engineers, and the Customer Success Manager to ensure SLA compliance and advanced issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities :

Server & Infrastructure Support

  • Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
  • User provisioning, group policies, file server permissions, login scripts
  • Virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware) setup and snapshot restores

Cloud & M365 Sup port

  • Handle Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, MFA poli
  • ciesConfigure and troubleshoot hybrid environm
  • entsMigrate mailboxes, manage OneDrive and Teams issue
  • Network & Secu rity

  • Manage and configure firewalls (FortiGate, Sophos, SonicWall, Ubiquiti, etc.)
  • VPN setup (site-to-site & client-based), port forwarding, IP planning
  • Basic routing, VLAN, switch config reviews for SME clients
  • Escalation & RCA Handling

  • Resolve L2 / L3 escalated tickets from helpdesk or
  • CSMDocument RCA for all P1 / P2 tickets and support SLA Champion
  • Own closure of preventive alerts on core infra
  • Internal Coordination

  • Guide and train L1 / L1.5 engineers on escalated to
  • picsSupport project team during infra handovers to ser
  • vicePrepare and present weekly technical reports to CSM and CEO
  • Required Ski lls

  • 4–5 years in MSP or IT Infra support (L2 / L3 level)
  • Strong experience with Windows Server & Active Directory
  • Familiarity with Azure AD, M365 admin, basic PowerShell
  • Hands-on with firewall configuration and VPN setup
  • Working knowledge of VLANs, DHCP relay, port security, etc.
  • Good documentation habits (RCA, ticket notes, asset changes)
  • Qualification

  • B.E. / B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field
  • Certifications preferred : MCSA / AZ-104 / CCNA
  • Locat ion : Bangalore (On-site & remote support to client)
