We looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our organization. The desired candidates responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing concerns promptly, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. The candidate should have the flair in Addressing the enquiries from Customers promptly . The roles include Sending quotations to customers based on the enquiry & follow up the orders. Continuous Interaction with product in charge for any technical clarifications and the best pricing. Co-ordination with field sales team to visit the customers for following up for bulk orders. Customer support Executive is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing concerns promptly, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and services.
Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure continued satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
Generate reports on customer interactions and service issues for management review.
Identify and act on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products / services.
Min Education Qualification : Graduate.
The candidate needs to be a good communicator in English with good computing skills with 0-2 years of Experiences. The Work Location is in Pallikarani, Chennai and we are looking Candidates residing in and around Chennai
