Role Overview

We are looking for a Solutions Architect who can bridge technical depth with customer empathy — someone who can design scalable technical architectures for customers and clients , lead InfoSec and compliance discussions with enterprise clients , and advise on deep integrations between customer systems and the Blue Machines AI platform.

This role requires a mix of technical architecture skills , security and compliance understanding , and client-facing communication to translate business needs into deployable, production-grade AI solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Architecture

• Architect end-to-end AI deployment blueprints (voice / chat / video integrations, edge agents, data pipelines, etc.).
• Create technical architecture diagrams (GCP / Azure / AWS topologies, VPC designs, microservice call flows, integration bridges, etc.).
• Evaluate customer environments and propose integration architectures (SIP / WebRTC, CRM connectors, ATS systems, etc.).
• Support PoCs and pilots — guiding both client teams and internal developers on architecture decisions.
