Ideal candidates will have :

• Proven success in MD / CEO roles within ASX-listed resource companies, ideally in early-stage exploration and discovery environments; or
• A strong background as an exploration leader who has progressively gained exposure to  corporate activities , capital markets engagement and strategic business development.

These roles typically require a deep understanding of the exploration sector as well as investor relations, capital raising, ASX compliance and the ability to drive value through technical advancement and strategic market positioning.
