Job descriptionIdentify and target new business opportunities in corporate, social, and wedding markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Conduct sales calls, site visits, and networking activities to generate leads. Prepare and present catering proposals and contracts. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies. Work with clients to understand their event requirements, budgets, and expectations. Coordinate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution. Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure quality and client satisfaction. Address and resolve any issues that arise during events. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, bookings, and contracts. Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Work within budget guidelines to maximize profitability.
Candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in Outdoor Catering Sales
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Excellent personality
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship management
