We’re now looking for a Website Developer to join our creative and technical team someone who can turn design concepts into functional, responsive, and optimized websites that deliver results.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Web Developer. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to the company’s specifications. Day-to-day tasks include front-end and back-end development, creating and designing web pages, programming, and ensuring the sites are visually appealing and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive websites using WordPress, Webflow, or custom HTML / CSS / JS frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to convert UI / UX designs into interactive websites.
• Implement SEO best practices, website speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
• Integrate third-party tools like CRMs, forms, analytics, and tracking codes.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across various browsers and devices.
• Manage hosting, domains, and website maintenance updates.
• Ensure websites meet accessibility, performance, and security standards.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support website-related campaigns and landing pages.
