About the Role
Own a set of luxury automotive accounts and their agency relationships to deliver revenue, renewals, and growth across CarDekho / PowerDrift inventory and solutions (display, video, branded content, experiential, lead-gen).
Key Responsibilities
- Agency Leadership : Be the primary partner for OEM agencies (GroupM, Dentsu, IPG, Publicis, IA Collective, etc.) on planning, buying, and approvals.
- Revenue & Pipeline : Build, forecast, and close a quarterly book; maintain a visible 3× pipeline; drive renewals and multi-quarter deals.
- Account Growth : Create and execute account plans with clear opportunities (upsell / cross-sell across display, video, content, PD integrations, lead products).
- Client Reviews : Run QBRs / MBRs with clients and agencies; translate performance into next-cycle budgets.
- Solutioning : Package inventory + content + PD integrations + lead flows into outcome-driven proposals; align pricing with margin guards.
- Delivery Oversight : Coordinate with Ops / Creative / Planning / Finance to ensure campaigns go live on spec and on time; surface risks early and close loops.
- Market Intelligence : Track competitor moves, category launches, model cycles, and agency reshuffles; use this to create timely pitches.
- Governance : Keep trackers and SoWs current; ensure compliance on documentation and billing.
Qualifications
5–7 years in enterprise account management / B2B sales for digital media, adtech, martech, or B2B SaaS.Agency-facing track record with major holding groups; comfortable navigating multi-layer approval paths.Managed ₹5 Cr+ annual book individually; evidence of consistent quota attainment.Strong command of digital fundamentals (planning / buying, brand & performance metrics, attribution basics).Required Skills
