Position : Sr. Client Services (Success) Manager

CTC upto : Rs. 7.2 Lac per annum

Minimum Experience : 6 Years

Location : Ahmedabad

The Sr. Client Services / Success Manager (Key Accounts) is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing Rioconn’s high-value clients and ensuring consistent business growth, creative excellence, and long-term partnerships. This position demands a balance of strategic insight, client relationship mastery, and team leadership. The Sr. Manager drives collaboration between internal teams to deliver innovative, effective campaigns that not only meet but exceed client objectives.

Job Description

What He / She will do :

  • Lead the management of key client accounts, acting as the strategic partner and primary point of contact.
  • Understand client business goals deeply to align marketing and creative strategies with measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance evaluation across departments.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to ensure ideas are insight-driven and brand-aligned.
  • Develop and present campaign strategies, pitches, and performance reviews to senior client stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth, upselling, and cross-functional collaboration within existing accounts.
  • Mentor and guide the Client Success team, ensuring smooth project delivery and professional growth.

  • 6 years of experience in client servicing, brand management, or marketing strategy (preferably in a digital or advertising agency).
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and creative processes.
  • Ability to lead multiple teams and manage high-pressure timelines.
  • Expertise in managing client expectations while balancing agency workflow.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and Google Suite.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth, innovation, and excellence.
