Role Overview :

We are seeking Sales Development Executives (SDEs) to drive student engagement and enrollments for our MedEd programs in Assam, Bihar, and Karnataka. This hybrid role blends remote calling with on-ground visits to medical colleges, helping students discover and enroll in PW's medical education programs. You'll play a vital role in expanding our reach among MBBS students and supporting their journey to success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and connect with MBBS students across medical colleges and universities in your region.
• Conduct periodic field visits to campuses, libraries, and student communities.
• Execute structured calling campaigns and convert leads into active prospects.
• Manage and update leads in the company CRM system.
