Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Guwahati for a Technical Sales & Support Specialist at Simple Workflow. You will be handling customer sales calls, and customer support calls, and training sessions for customers and their teams.

Expected compensation ₹2.5 Lac - ₹3.2 Lac per year, depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with computer / laptop
• Good Communication in English and Hindi
• Empathy for customer, wanting to resolve their query / issue
• Good to have : Experience in sales / support / other form of online customer interactions.
