Regional People Operations Partner

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional People Operations Partner based in Bengalaru, India. This is an individual contributor role providing local HR support for employees and leaders across India. In this role, you will manage HR operations throughout the employee lifecyle from onboarding to offboarding while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive employee experience. As a trusted local partner, you will help implement consistent HR best practices and contribute to a culture of engagement and inclusion.

Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policy, procedure and best practices
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with local employment law and government regulations
• Administer and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
• Support full employee lifecycle management including onboarding questions, offboarding and internal mobility
• Partner with Business Partners to ensure continuity within the business
• Promote a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion through policy practice and leadership collaboration
• Partner with the broader People & Culture team to ensure effective local application of enterprise-wide programs
• Participate contribute to continuous improvement projects and initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee experience
