Role Overview
The Operations Finance Analyst will support the Operations Finance Lead in reporting, analysis, and decision-making related to manufacturing and operations. The role will involve budgeting, forecasting, cost and inventory analysis, and evaluation of capital investments to drive operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly financial reporting, performance analysis, and variance commentary for operations.
- Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for manufacturing sites.
- Analyze cost structures, production variances, and inventory trends to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Assist in evaluating capital expenditure proposals and post-investment reviews.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across SAP and reporting systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and reporting tools.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Exposure to a manufacturing or operations finance environment will be an advantage.Experience : 1–3 years
Qualification : MBA (Tier I / II) in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA)
