ServiceNow Developer - HRSD (Senior to Architect level)

Location : Pan India - Remote

Notice Period : 0 to 15 days (preferred Immediate Joiners and Serving NP)

Job Description :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on HRSD implementation and customization (minimum 3-5 years).
Deep expertise in ServiceNow HRSD modules including :

1. HR Case Management

2. Knowledge Management

3. Employee Service Center / Employee Center Pro

4. Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Offboarding, etc.)

5. Employee Document Management

6. Virtual Agent

7. HR Agent Workspace

Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development :

1. JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS

2. Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Access Control Lists (ACLs)

3. Workflows, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Service Portal development (Widgets, Pages)

4. Custom Application Development (Scoped Applications)

Extensive experience with integrations :

1. REST / SOAP APIs, JSON, XML

2. MID Servers

3. Knowledge of common HR system integrations (e.g., Workday, SAP HR).

Solid understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices.

Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

ServiceNow Certifications (preferred) :

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - HR Service Delivery
