Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee social media content creation, strategy, and optimization to enhance engagement and brand presence. Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with the content team, and ensuring alignment with Travores' mission of sustainability in messaging and branding. The role plays a critical part in shaping Travores' online presence and expanding its reach through effective communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
• Excellent Communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
• Creative thinking and familiarity with sustainable and eco-conscious branding
• Experience with social media platforms and publishing tools
• Knowledge of sustainable tourism or travel-related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
