📢 Urgent Hiring : E-commerce Operations Head | Coral Haze | Gurgaon

Coral Haze, a premium women’s footwear brand known for its handcrafted shoes, is looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Head to lead our online business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing D2C and marketplace operations, with the ability to streamline processes, optimize efficiency, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily e-commerce operations across the Coral Haze website and leading marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, etc.)
Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, dispatch, and inventory coordination
Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, customer care, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution
Monitor and optimize listings, pricing, and inventory visibility across platforms
Analyze operational data, returns, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and profitability
Develop and enforce SOPs to ensure consistency and accuracy in all operational workflows
Liaise with third-party partners including logistics and packaging vendors
Ensure timely deliveries and exceptional post-purchase experiences for customers

Requirements :

4–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion or footwear category

Hands-on experience with Shopify and major marketplace management tools

Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing D2C environment
