We are seeking a Contract Operations Manager to lead the management of contracted services that directly support our Field Delivery Teams. This role is pivotal in streamlining service delivery, enhancing contractor performance and removing barriers to on-ground success. From overseeing non-destructive excavation services and earth drilling to managing minor civil works and plant hire, this role demands versatility, operational oversight and actions plus a hands-on leadership style.
You’ll be accountable for supplier management, performance and delivery across a wide range of operational categories. Your mission : ensure our contractors deliver safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
