The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates for a variety of positions across the organization.
This role requires a highly organized and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a passion for finding and attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities :
Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking.
Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for key roles.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage the recruitment process effectively.
Conduct market research to identify and attract top talent in competitive markets.
Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate source) and generate reports for management.
Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging recruitment trends.
Research and evaluate new recruitment technologies and tools.
Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and policies.
Qualifications & Experience :
Education : Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience : 4+ years of professional experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Skills :
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).
