Server Engineer - Huawei XFusion

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Huawei XFusion Server Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Huawei XFusion servers in enterprise environments. The candidate should have strong knowledge of server hardware, BMC / iBMC management, virtualization, storage configurations, and datacenter operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Huawei XFusion servers across production and staging environments.
• Perform server provisioning, firmware upgrades, BIOS configuration, and hardware health monitoring.
• Manage and troubleshoot iBMC , RAID controllers, DIMMs, CPUs, NICs, and power modules.
• Conduct hardware diagnostics and coordinate with OEM support for parts replacement or incident resolution.
• Implement and manage RAID , storage configurations, and boot logic for multiple OS environments.
• Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and regular health checks of server infrastructure.
• Monitor system logs, alerts, and performance metrics to ensure uptime and availability.
• Coordinate with network, virtualization, and security teams during deployments or incident handling.
• Maintain updated inventory, documentation, SOPs, and configuration records.
• Support datacenter operations including rack mounting, cabling, power management, and hardware lifecycle management.
